What is Savantalux?
Savantalux is an online fashion retailer catering to men and women who want to look and feel good every day. We offer a range of modern, everyday clothing that is shipped directly to you within the United States.

How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1-3 business days, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days. In most cases, you should receive your order within 4-10 business days from the date of purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States, and no minimum purchase is required.

Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO addresses, or US territories.

What is your return policy?
We offer a return policy within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please email us at support@savantalux.com with your order number, and we will be happy to assist you further. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take for the refund to be processed?
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. It will then be up to your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Can I exchange the product?
Yes, we offer exchanges for a different size or style. To request an exchange, email us at support@savantalux.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for.

What types of payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Rest assured, all transactions are safely processed and encrypted. Your financial information will not be stored on our servers.

Is my personal info safe?

What if I haven't received my order yet?
To check the status of your order, you can track it using the tracking link we sent you via email or on savantalux.com/apps/parcelpanel. If it's been over 10 business days since your order was shipped, but you still haven't received it, please email us at support@savantalux.com and we'll look into it right away.

Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@savantalux.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted for processing. If your order has already shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
