We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately, but we do not guarantee that colors, sizes, and details will appear exactly as they do in person.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at that incorrect price.

4. Ordering
By ordering through savantalux.com, you make an offer to purchase the products in your order. We may reject your offer and cancel the order at any time before or after shipment for any reason, including but not limited to the availability of the products, suspected fraud, and inaccurate information presented on the site.
After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is not an acceptance of the order. An order is considered accepted when it is shipped and a shipping confirmation is sent to the customer.
We may cancel the order at any time and provide a full refund in such cases.

4b. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@savantalux.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted for processing. If the order has already been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

5. Pricing and Payment
Our site is in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through the third parties. By entering your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment information provided.
We are not liable for any fees associated with the use of your selected payment option, such as any fees associated with using a foreign-issued card as we are a Netherlands-based company.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Savantalux only ships products to the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO boxes, or US territories.
Handling Time:
The handling time for the order is 1 to 3 business days, from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday.
Delivery Time:
The delivery time after dispatch is 3 to 7 business days. In most cases, the order will arrive in 4 to 10 business days after the order is placed.
Please note:
The delivery time is not guaranteed. In some cases, the delivery time might exceed the expected time due to factors such as the actions of third parties, customs, weather, etc. We are not liable for the delivery time. Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the carrier, the customer becomes the owner of the order. In the event of loss in transit, the customer should contact us at support@savantalux.com

7. Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy is available in full in our Returns & Refund Policy section on the Site. By ordering from the Site, you agree to the Return & Refund Policy. In summary, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after delivery. Items should not be worn or washed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

While we strive to ensure that all information provided on our Site is accurate and updated, we do not guarantee that all information provided on our Site is error-free, complete, or current. Therefore, we may change information on our Site at our sole discretion without notice.
